How I Access Your Account

Transparent, secure, and revocable.

Amazon's Authorization Process

I access your Amazon Seller Central account using Amazon's official authorization workflow. This is the same system Amazon provides for agencies, consultants, and third-party service providers.

You send me an invitation through your Seller Central account, and I accept it using my own Amazon credentials. This creates a secure link between your account and mine, without requiring you to share passwords or login credentials.

You control the permissions I receive. You can grant access to specific areas (advertising, inventory, reports, etc.) and revoke access at any time—instantly, with one click.

Solution Provider Program (SPP)

When applicable, I use Amazon's Solution Provider Program (SPP) for account access. SPP is Amazon's official program for vetted service providers who work with sellers.

SPP access provides additional security features and audit trails. It ensures that all actions taken in your account are logged and traceable, and it reinforces the separation between your account and mine.

Not all engagements require SPP access—it depends on the scope of work and the permissions needed. I'll discuss the appropriate access method with you before we begin.

Least-Privilege Permissions

I follow the principle of least-privilege access: I only request the permissions necessary to do the work we've agreed on. Nothing more.

For example, if I'm only managing your advertising campaigns, I don't need access to your inventory or financial reports. If I'm optimizing listings, I don't need access to your payment settings.

If the scope of our work changes and I need additional permissions, I'll request them explicitly and explain why they're needed. You can approve or deny those requests at any time.

Revocable Access

Your account is yours. You can revoke my access at any time, for any reason, with no penalty or waiting period.

To revoke access, you simply go to your Seller Central settings, find my user entry, and click "Remove." My access is terminated immediately.

If you revoke access during an active engagement, we'll discuss the transition and ensure you have everything you need to continue managing your account independently.

Data Handling

When I work on your account, I may export reports and data for analysis. These files are stored securely in Microsoft OneDrive, which is protected by encryption and multi-factor authentication.

Only I access these files. I do not share your data with third parties, subcontractors, or other clients. Your data is used solely for the work we've agreed on.

I do not request restricted or PII (personally identifiable information) buyer data. I don't need access to customer names, addresses, or payment information to do my job, and I don't ask for it.

Exported reports are retained for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward (typically 90 days) to support ongoing work or answer questions. After that, they're deleted.

What I Don't Do

I don't ask for your password. Amazon's authorization system makes this unnecessary, and sharing passwords violates Amazon's terms of service.

I don't request access to restricted data. I don't need buyer PII, and I don't ask for permissions that go beyond the scope of our work.

I don't share your data. Your account information, performance metrics, and business details stay confidential. I don't use your data for case studies, testimonials, or marketing without your explicit permission.
