I'm a senior Amazon operator running a solo practice — no agency layers, no handoffs. I've been working on Amazon since 2006, back when it was still mostly books and DVDs. I've seen the platform evolve from a simple marketplace into the complex ecosystem it is today.
Since 2016, I've been helping brands navigate that complexity. I focus on profitable systems, direct ownership, and hands-on execution. When you work with me, you're working with me — not a junior account manager who escalates everything to someone else.

I built WebCapades because I was tired of seeing brands get burned by agencies that overpromise, underdeliver, and hide behind layers of bureaucracy. My approach is simple: diagnose the problem, explain it clearly, and fix it directly. No runaround, no vague answers, no inflated pricing.
